ABOUT ME

Hi I'm Martin and actually..  it’s not really about me, its all about you, because it’s your big day! That's my philosophy anyway.  However, I guess for you to make the right decision you do need to know a bit more about the man behind the camera.

Being a Wedding Photographer is my dream job as I get to meet some fantastic people and share a small but very important part of their lives. I’ve loved taking photographs since I was a teenager. Photography is a passion I share with my lovely wife Michelle, who is such an indispensable part of both my business and personal life, as well as being an invaluable assistant during wedding shoots. Situated centrally around the North Nottinghamshire / South Yorkshire border, we are happy to travel throughout the UK or even abroad.

My aim is to create images that capture the real beauty, emotions and sentiments that tell the story of your special day as naturally as possible. Although sometimes great pictures need just a little bit of help to make them happen, doing so with a sense of fun and good humor. I do my best to be as unobtrusive as possible so the vast majority of the day you'll find me in stealth mode leaving you to enjoy your day.

It’s a real privilege to be entrusted with documenting what is probably the most important day of your life, so I like to work closely with you prior to the day to ensure I fully understand your requirements and that the end product will be beautiful and lasting memories you will look back on in years to come with a sense of joy.

It’s very important to me that you feel as relaxed as possible with me and my camera and therefore you may find that the free pre-wedding shoots are a great way for us to get to know each other better and for you to feel much more at ease. It really does help everything run smoothly on the day.
